Kayla Snowberger

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Kayla joined the firm in July 2025.  She has been practicing exclusively family law in Northern Virginia since 2018.  A Pennsylvania native, Kayla earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, where she graduated as a Scholar of Highest Distinction.  Kayla then earned her Juris Doctorate as a member of the first graduating class of Penn State Law in 2018.

During her time at Penn State Law, Kayla was an Associate Editor on the Yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation.  Both of her articles were chosen for publication.

Kayla’s empathy allows her to establish a rapport with clients. Her attention to detail and responsiveness allow her to provide diligent representation while clients navigate a very stressful period in life.  Kayla strives to ensure her clients feel supported and heard throughout their case.

Kayla is a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and the Virginia Women’s Attorney Association, Loudoun Chapter.  She was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025. 
A lover of cats and all things vintage, Kayla lives with her husband in West Virginia.
